WEBSALE V8s provides you with a simple and intuitive administration interface: the Online-Servicebereich. The Online-Servicebereich is the central, convenient backend for the various services and configurations of your shop. In addition, it provides software for the WEBSALE shop as well as forms for access and editing rights for download. This page first describes how to log in and then guides you through the four areas that you find after logging in.

Prerequisites and login

The prerequisite for use is a user account, which WEBSALE sets up for you when you order a shop. You can find the Online-Servicebereich on our website under Customer area → Online-Servicebereich. Log in there with your username and password.

Selecting a service and ShopID

Select the service you want to open here. You will then receive a list of the shops and subshops for which the service is enabled and available.

You can also start by selecting the desired shop or subshop and will then receive a list of the services enabled and available for this shop.

My account: change access credentials

Here you have the option of changing both your user ID (username) and your password.
