Around the customer account, there are buttons that may only appear under certain conditions: a Facebook login only if this feature is enabled, and a customer account after a guest order only if no account exists yet for this email address. That is why several tags on this page are also range tags. They tell the template not only what the button is called but also whether it should be displayed at all.

How the BT tags work

A BT- tag outputs the technical name of the button, not its label. The shop uses this name to recognize which button was clicked.
The tag goes into the name attribute, the text for the buyer into value. The button must submit and must be inside the associated form.

BT-ExternLogin_facebook

Logs the buyer in via their Facebook account. As a range tag, it only applies if external login is enabled in the shop.
Without the enclosing range, the button appears on the page even if the feature is not enabled. The buyer then clicks on something that does nothing.

BT-SetPassword

Resets the password. The button completes the “forgot password” flow.
The tag is permitted on the login page (ws_login.htm) and on the template for logging in at shop start in closed shops.

BT-SubAccountCreate

Creates a multiple account, that is, another customer account under the same email address. This is intended for households or departments that share one address. Guide: Login and registration · Forgot password · Multiple accounts

The customer account after a guest order

After a guest order, the shop already knows all of the buyer’s data. All that is missing is a password to turn the order into a customer account. Both tags are located on the order receipt confirmation page (ws_confirm.htm).

BT-CreateAccountAfterGuestOrder

Creates the customer account with a password chosen by the buyer.

BT-CreateAccountAfterGuestOrder_facebook

Creates the same customer account via Facebook instead. As a range tag, it only applies if external login is enabled.
The outer range ST-CreateAccountAfterGuestOrder decides whether the offer appears at all. It only applies if the order was placed as a guest order and no account exists yet for this email address.
This is the last page the buyer sees in the shop. If you leave out the offer here, you won’t reach them again. At the same time, it must not obscure the order completion: first the confirmation, then the offer.
Guide: First registration after an order Sends the secured link to the upload module by email. This allows the buyer to upload their print templates later without logging in.
The tag is permitted on the order receipt confirmation page and on the template for sending an upload link.
