SENDUPLOADLINK- tags build this form and output the link in the email sent. Seven tags are enough for this, because there are only two input fields.
Guide: Uploading files
The form
Two fields, one button, one form. The two value tags return what the customer last entered. After an incorrect entry, the form thus fills itself in again. As range tags, they apply if anything at all was entered, which is suitable for a preview of the details.
The
_name tags return the fixed names ws_input_upload_sendlink_ordernumber and ws_input_upload_sendlink_email. Nevertheless, use the tags so that the template continues to work even after a renaming. The two
_name tags and the submit button are pure single tags. As range tags, they are treated as an invalid tag.- Reference:

Incorrect entries
Both fields are checked as soon as the customer submits. There is a range for each. Both tags exist only as range tags, and they only apply after submission. On the first call of the form, they do not report an error.
The shop system enters the address of the logged-in customer as the reply address of the email sent. The recipient can therefore reply directly.
The link in the email
The email is generated from a separate mail template. It contains exactly one tag from this page. The generated link contains the order number and a checksum. It works without logging in, because the recipient does not have an account in the shop. Accordingly, the email should only go to addresses that the customer trusts.
Which template is used, what the subject is and from which address the email comes is defined in the
SendUploadLinkMail section of the shop configuration.SendUploadLinkMail section in the shop configuration
After sending
If sending was successful and the order has already been completed, the shop system forwards the customer to the order receipt confirmation instead of displaying the form again. With a background call via JavaScript, on the other hand, the form remains, so that you can set the feedback yourself. For your own success message on the form, the background call is the suitable route. The customer then stays on the page, and you show them right there that the email is on its way.
Sending without a form
If the customer should not have to type, there is the route viaWS-SendUploadLink(). The tag belongs to the WS- prefix and generates a link to the form. It accepts up to three arguments: the order number, the email address and yes, which triggers sending without further action.
With the order number as the argument, the customer arrives at a form that is already filled in. This is the usual route from the order history.
