# Admin Interface

> The Admin Interface is the central backend of a WEBSALE shop: manage commercial, organizational, and technical aspects of your store's data and modules.

The Admin Interface is the central backend of the WEBSALE e-commerce platform. From this interface you manage all commercial, organizational, and technical aspects of your shop.

## Overview of the main areas in the Admin Interface

* **Dashboard**\
  Overview of the most important key figures, current system messages, and the inbox of open requests. Includes quick access to central functions.
* **Catalog**\
  Manage your products and categories.
* **Orders**\
  Overview and processing of incoming customer orders.
* **Customer data**\
  Insight into customer records, activities, and segmentations.
* **Requests**\
  Central inbox for all messages received via shop forms such as the contact form, callback service, or complaints.
* **Templates**\
  Manage template compilation, image conversion, and the key-value store.
* **SEO**\
  Maintain SEO URLs, SEO metadata, sitemaps, and data feeds.
* **Marketing**\
  Send and manage emails and push messages, product reviews, vouchers, and newsletter subscriptions.
* **Reports & statistics**\
  Evaluations of shop performance, error logs, and user activity. Includes monitoring and access to the log manager.
* **Settings**\
  Basic configuration of your shop, such as currencies, tax rates, languages, and user and role management.
* **Profile**\
  Personal area for the logged-in user, including permissions and account settings.
